Twirly Easter girl

This is the Easter dress that Meredith designed and I made.  It was very twirly.  She was very happy. 

Kindred Spirits

  As soon as I discovered that my firstborn was a girl, I had the thought "We are going to have so much fun!" Part of that anticipated fun included favorites like "Anne of Green Gables". 

Marky has started reading the series.  It has been quite enjoyable sharing in her delight of this book. Talking about Matthew's sweet and shy nature, or Anne's names of her favorite places.   

Marky is loving the book, and I love it that she does!!!

the March Monster

All six of us have had the stomach flu in the month of March.  Marky was the 6th victim to be preyed upon, late last night.  It has been Terrible.  with a capital T.  I've never known an illness to creep up and grab ya so quickly and violently.  There has been no warning, just ka-bam.  I am praying that this March Monster makes its way out of our lives and out of our home and leaves us alone!!!  All done!
